What we offer — and
how it works.
Our services are designed around the reality that housing alone is not enough. People need stability, structure, and connections to thrive.
Core Services
Practical support, every step of the way
Accommodation
Supported Housing
We provide safe, furnished properties for people leaving custody who would otherwise face homelessness. Our housing offers more than four walls — it provides a stable base from which residents can begin to rebuild. Properties are managed to a consistent standard and residents are supported with tenancy sustainment from day one.

Advocacy
Casework & Keyworker Support
Each resident is assigned a dedicated keyworker who meets with them regularly to develop and review an individual support plan. Keyworkers help residents navigate benefits, access healthcare, maintain engagement with probation, and work towards longer-term goals including employment and independent living.

Move-on Planning
From the outset, we plan for what comes next. We work with residents and partner agencies to secure sustainable long-term accommodation — whether in the social housing sector, the private rental market, or with family — before the end of their stay with us. We do not aim to keep people with us indefinitely; we aim to make ourselves unnecessary.
-
Future-focused support from day one -
Long-term housing is the goal -
Multiple housing pathways are explored -
The service is designed to promote independence
Collaboration
Referral & Agency Liaison
We work closely with referring agencies — probation services, prison offender managers, and local authority housing teams — to ensure smooth, planned transitions. We accept referrals at pre-release stage where possible, so that housing is in place from day one of release. We provide structured updates to referring agencies in line with information-sharing protocols.

Community Connections
Social isolation is a significant risk factor for reoffending. We actively support residents to build positive connections in the local community — whether through volunteering, peer support programmes, faith organisations, or community activities. We also signpost to partner organisations offering training and employment support.

How It Works
From referral to stable home
Complete our simple referral form online or contact us directly to discuss the individual's needs.
Our team reviews the referral and conducts a needs assessment to match the individual with the right accommodation and support.
The individual is welcomed into a fully furnished, supported home with a dedicated keyworker from day one.
Ongoing support helps residents develop skills, access services, and move toward long-term independent housing.
